Basa fish is native to Vietnam and Thailand. Basa fish is a cat fish that is rich in protein. It promotes heart health and reduces the risk of certain cancers. It has potassium, sodium and vitamin A in it. It is low in calories and a really good option for dieters. A 100 gram of the fish has just 90 calories. A 10 minute jog would probably be sufficient to burn those calories. It has no carbs in it making it extremely low carb diet friendly!

Egg yolks are a great source of riboflavin, B12, and choline, that is known to protect you from age-related memory loss. Coming to the minerals part, eggs are rich in selenium. Eggs also protect our eyes from macular degeneration, among other benefits. Most of the nutrients are in the yolk of the egg. So make sure you don’t miss out on the yolk.

This vegetable is friendly to low-carb dieters. Moreover it is an excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin B6 and potassium. It has sufficient antioxidants and is known to prevent cancer. It also is anti-inflammatory in nature. Caulifower is good for the heart and also for the digestive system. It is really low in carbs that makes it a main ingredient in several low carb recipes.
